    Create an account and connect apaleo with one click. Properties and reservations are there right away, changes arrive live via webhooks.

    Set the rules

    Per property: which guests upload an ID, whether and when a deposit is due, what is unlocked after check-in, which modules are active.

    Send the link

    Guests receive their personal check-in link by email, check in on their phone, and everything is in apaleo.

When nobody is at reception, check-in has to settle everything: identity, deposit, access. modulstay was developed with a serviced-apartment operator running eleven locations.

Frequently asked

Do I need apaleo?
Yes. modulstay is built exclusively for apaleo and uses its reservations, folios and apaleo Pay. Other PMS are not planned.
How long does setup take?
Create an account, connect apaleo, review the settings: about ten minutes. The first check-in link can go out the same day.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany. ID photos and registration forms are stored encrypted and deleted automatically after the configured retention period.
What does payment processing cost?
Card holds and payments run through apaleo Pay at your apaleo terms. modulstay charges nothing on top.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel monthly, switch modules on and off any time, no setup fee.
Is the registration form compliant?
modulstay supports the mandatory registration fields for Germany, Austria and Switzerland including signature and retention. The legal assessment of the individual case remains with the operator.
